Biography:Andrea Jaeger is an American tennis player, known for her brief but highly successful career which came to an early end with a major shoulder injury. She went professional at 14 and reached world number two by the time she was 16.
Jaeger won ten singles titles, as well as reaching the singles final at Wimbledon in 1983 and at the French Open in 1982. Her career came to the end at 19, however, and she went on to obtain a degree in theology.
