Biography: Andrew Grove was a Hungarian-American businessman and engineer that served as the third Chief Executive Officer of Intel Corporation. During his tenure, Intel would become the largest semiconductor company in the world.

Alongside his direct influence at Intel, Grove was indirectly influential in the global electronics manufacturing industry. He was named "Man of the Year" in 1997 by Time magazine, and as regards his involvement in Silicon Valley has been described as the "guy who drove the growth phase."
