Biography: Bob Forsch was an American baseball pitcher who played for the St. Louis Cardinals (1974-1988) and Houston Astros (1988-1989). Forsch was a member of the 1982 World Series Champion team, as well as a National League pennant winner in 1985 and 1987.

Forsch's records during his career include ranking fourth for the Cardinals with 163 victories and pitching two no-hitters, first in 1978 and then in 1983. His brother, Ken Forsch, was also a professional baseball pitcher who played for the Houston Astros and the California Angels, and who pitched a no-hitter in 1979.
