Biography:One of the most successful snowboarders of her generation, Kim became the youngest woman to win an Olympic snowboarding gold medal when she won in the women's snowboard halfpipe at Pyeongchang.
A four-times X-Games gold medalist, Kim is the first to win titles at all three major snowboarding events, Olympic, Youth Olympic and X Games, and is the current world champion.
Other achievements include being the first woman to score a perfect 100 and the second rider to do so overall.
