Biography: David Lee is an American former professional basketball player who is perhaps best known as the husband of Danish former world #1 tennis player Caroline Wozniacki.

However Lee was a very decent hoops player who positioned at power forward or center for 5 different clubs in a 12-year career in the NBA.

He was drafted 30th overall out of the Florida Gators by the New York Knicks in the 2005 NBA draft and became a 2-time NBA All-Star with the Knicks in 2010, and the Golden State Warriors in 2013 when he was also named to the All-NBA Third Team.

His biggest achievement in basketball was winning an NBA championship in 2015 in his fifth and final season with the Warriors. After short playing-time with the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs, Lee retired in 2017.

He shares two children with Wozniacki, a son and daughter.
