Biography: Ivan Pavlov was a Russian physiologist famous for his work on classical conditioning.

In 1904 he won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his work on the physiology of digestion. Pavlov conducted a series of experiment analyzing the saliva of dogs and later children under different conditions.
