Biography:Kurt Vonnegut's break-through work and the one he is most famous for is the anti-war science fiction novel "Slaughterhouse-Five" (1969). It is partly autobiographical and includes experiences from Vonnegut's own life including surviving the firebombing of Dresden during WWII.
His other works include "Cat's Cradle" (1963) and "Breakfast of Champions" (1973).
