Biography: Louis of Nassau was a nobleman who served in the Dutch political and military leadership. He was the younger brother of William of Orange Nassau. His parents were William, Count of Nassau, and Juliana of Stolberg.

Louis played a major role in the movement against Spanish involvement in the Netherlands. He was also a significant supporter of his older brother, William.
