Biography: Nicknamed the 'Juice' during his professional football career O.J. Simpson became the first player to rush for over 2,000 yards in a 14 game season.

He became infamous for being found not guilty of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown and another man in a court case in 1995. The verdict was shown live on TV and watched by half of the country. He was later found liable for their deaths in a separate civil trial.

Simpson was convicted in 2008 of armed robbery and kidnapping and sentenced to a nine to 33 year prison term. He was released in 2017.
