Biography:Lochte has won seven individual Olympic medals as well as winning the World Swimmer of the Year Award. In addition to this he has won 90 medals in major international competitions.
Lochte is perhaps best known for the global controversy he caused by falsely claiming to have been robbed - along with some of his teammates - at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
