Biography:Scott Foley is an American actor best known for his television work. He first came to fame playing Noel Crane on Felicity (1998-2002). He had recurring roles in Scrubs and Dawson's Creek, as well as a starring in Scream 3 (2000), for which he was nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
Foley was married to Jessica Garner from 2000 to 2003, and then to Marika Dominczyk in 2007. The couple have three children together, a daughter and two sons.
