Biography: Aziz Ansari is an American actor and comedian, best known for his role in Parks and Recreation (2009-2015). He has also created and starred in Master of None (2015-2021), for which he won two Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe.
Ansari's career started with comedy in New York City, with his major break as co-creator and star of the sketch comedy show Human Giant (2007-2008). He has since gone on to feature in a number of films and further television projects.
He has released a series of stand-up comedy specials such as Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening (2010), as well as releasing a book titled Modern Romance: An Investigation (2015).
