Biography: Chris Isaak is an American singer and songwriter best known for his hit single "Wicked Game." He has released 13 albums, as well as appearing in various films and television shows.

Isaak's music career began when he formed his first band, Silvertone, after college. He went on to sign as a solo artist with Warner Bros. Records in 1985, releasing the album Silvertone, which he named after the band.

His self-titled second album, Chris Isaak (1987), entered the Billboard charts. "Wicked Game" gained popularity after being featured in David Lynch's movie, Wild at Heart (1990), leading to a top 10 hit in 1991.

Isaak later received Grammy nominations for Forever Blue (1995) and its single "Somebody's Crying." Isaak plays customized guitars, including a Gibson version of a Gretsch 6120. He has worked with producer Erik Jacobsen for much of his career.

Outside of music, Isaak's acting credits include roles in Married to the Mob (1988), The Silence of the Lambs (1991), and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992). He also starred in The Chris Isaak Show (2001–2004) and hosted The Chris Isaak Hour (2009). More recently, he was a judge on The X Factor Australia in 2015.

While Isaak has remained a lifelong bachelor, devoting his time to music and acting, he is friends with Stevie Nicks and David Lynch.
