Biography: Dan Reynolds is an American musician best known as the lead singer of the rock band Imagine Dragons. Reynolds formed Imagine Dragons while at Brigham Young University and experienced a surge in popularity following their debut album Night Visions (2012).

Reynolds grew up in a large Mormon family and went on to serve as a Mormon missionary. He later attended college, pursuing music after much deliberation. In 2012, Imagine Dragons released Night Visions, which propelled the band to international success with hits like "It's Time" and "Radioactive." The band's success continued with albums such as Smoke + Mirrors (2015), Evolve (2017), and Mercury – Act 1 (2021).

Aside from his work with Imagine Dragons, Reynolds released an EP with his then-wife Aja Volkman as Egyptian in 2011 and was instrumental in the discovery of X Ambassadors. He later founded Night Street Records and signed artist K.Flay, expanding his influence in the music industry. His advocacy work includes organizing LOVELOUD festivals and involvement with The Tyler Robinson Foundation.

Dan Reynolds has publicly discussed his challenges with ankylosing spondylitis and ulcerative colitis. He married Aja Volkman in 2011, with whom he has four children but they later separated and planned to divorce. Reynolds won a Songwriters Hall of Fame Hal David Starlight Award (2014) and a Trevor Hero Award (2017).
