Biography: A well-known cartoonist, some of Remi's works include "Jo, Zette and Jocko", "Quick & Flupke" and "The Adventures of Totor", but he is best known for creating "The Adventures of Tintin".
As one of the most popular European comics of the 20th century, Tintin has been translated into over 50 languages, with several screen adaptations.
Remi is better known by his pen name "Hergé", which he derived from the pronunciation of his transposed initials, "R.G", as it is pronounced in French.
