Biography: Ken Jeong is an American actor and stand-up comedian who came to fame in The Hangover (2009) and its sequels, in which featured as Leslie Chow alongside Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Zach Galifianakis. He went on to star in Community (2009-2015) and then to write and produce his own original sitcom, titled Dr. Ken (2015-2017).

Notably, Jeong is a licensed medical doctor and received an M.D. from UNC School of Medicine in 1995. He left behind his medical career to pursue acting full-time after starting out performing stand-up comedy, formally making the switch in 2006 just prior to his film debut in Judd Apatow's Knocked Up.
