Biography:French film director of mostly comedic adventure style films such as "That Man from Rio" (1964) with Jean-Paul Belmondo. It was one of six films he would make with Belmondo.
His film King of Hearts (Le Roi de Cœur)(1966) wasn't well received upon release but has gone on to become a cult favourite.
