Biography: Zendaya started working as a child model with a clothing line called Kid's World. She appeared as a backup dancer in various music videos for Beyoncé and Justin Bieber. In 2010, she was cast as one of the lead roles in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up. The show premiered in November 2010 and ended in 2013.

Zendaya released her debut single, "Replay", in July 2013. She signed with Hollywood Records in 2012 and released her self-titled debut studio album on September 17, 2013. The album peaked at number 51 on the Billboard 200.

In 2019, Zendaya first featured as Rue in the HBO series Euphoria. She has also appeared in several movies and feature films: The Greatest Showman (2016), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), and Dune (2021).
