Biography: Ashley Olsen is best known for her role as Michelle Tanner on the sitcom "Full House" (1987-1995), which she shared with her twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen.

Olsen began her acting career at the age of nine months and went on to star in numerous films and TV shows alongside her sister, including "To Grandmother's House We Go" (1992), "It Takes Two" (1995), and "New York Minute" (2004). In 1993, the twins co-founded Dualstar Entertainment Group, which produced a series of successful TV movies and direct-to-video releases.

In 2012, Olsen retired from acting to focus on her fashion career. She and her sister co-founded several fashion brands, including the luxury label 'The Row' and the lifestyle brand 'Elizabeth and James.' They also published a book titled "Influence" (2008), which features interviews with major fashion designers.

Olsen has been recognized for her contributions to the fashion industry, receiving awards such as the WSJ magazine Innovator of The Year Award in 2012. She and her sister are members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).

In her personal life, Olsen married artist Louis Eisner in December 2022, and they had a son in 2023. She had previously had relationships with notable figures such as actor Jared Leto and cyclist Lance Armstrong.
