Biography:First came to attention for his performances in "Dazed and Confused". He later gained recognition as a writer when he won the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Original Screenplay for "Good Will Hunting", which he co-wrote and starred in alongside childhood friend Matt Damon.
He directed and starred in "Argo", which won the Academy Award for Best Picture.
