His 2013 "Man of Steel" was the highest-grossing Superman film ever, Cavill again played the superhero in the follow-up film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" (2016) opposite Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck and in "Justice League" (2017).

Other prominent roles in Cavill's career include the TV drama "The Tudors", in Guy Richie's film "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." (2015) and "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" (2018) with Tom Cruise.
