Biography: Linda Hunt is an American actress known for her powerful acting skills and distinctive voice. She rose to prominence after her Academy Award-winning performance as Billy Kwan in The Year of Living Dangerously (1982). This role made her the first person to win an Oscar for playing a character of the opposite sex.
