Biography: Ming-Na Wen is an American actress and voice actress. She is well known for her roles as Melinda May in the series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as well of the voice of Mulan in the Disney animated film Mulan (1998) and in the video game Kingdom Hearts II (2005).

Wen began by training for theatre before making her television debut in the soap opera As the World Turns in 1988. Her breakthrough role came in 1995 with her role as Dr. Jing-Mei "Deb" Chen on the medical drama ER.

Wen has received numerous accolades for her work, including a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for ER in 1997. In 2019, she was inducted into the Disney Legends Hall of Fame.
