Biography: Most well known for her roles in the Netflix productions "Orange is the New Black" (2013-19) for which she was nominated for an Emmy award and for "Russian Doll" (2019), which Lyonne also co-created along with Amy Poehler and Leslye Headland. Lyonne also wrote, produced and directed "Russian Doll" which was subsequently nominated for 15 Emmy awards.

Lyonne's career started in show business at the age of six and prior to "Orange is the New Black" Lyonne had roles in such films as the American Pie film series, and Woody Allen's "Everyone Says I Love You" (1996).
