Biography: Bob Woodward rose to prominence as an investigative journalist working alongside Carl Bernstein, on the Watergate Scandal that would lead to President Richard Nixon's resignation. Working for "The Washington Post" under editor Ben Bradlee Woodward was famous for his use of anonymous sources, the most famous of all he called "Deep Throat".

Woodward and Bernstein went on to publish their work on the scandal in the book "All the President's Men", which became a No. 1 bestseller and later made into a critically acclaimed movie starring Robert Redwood as Woodward and Dustin Hoffman as Bernstein.

Woodward has continued to work for "The Washington Post" and to publish a wide range of bestselling books on subjects such as John Belushi, George W. Bush and Donald Trump's White House. He was a major contributor to work by "The Washington Post" that received two Pulitzer Prizes and has won many other journalism prizes.
